Inclusive value chain case studies of Sultan Kudarat Coffee and Cebu Vegetables are presented as separate activities of the project but run in parallel with each other using the same research design. Each case study has four sub-activities: 

1. Participatory community and farming systems analysis 

2. Inclusive value chain analysis 

3. Inclusive value chain interventions 

4. Intergrated Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (I-MEL)
